AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is the most effective and economy offer for our clients. The respective clients have to sign a renewable contract with General Automation Ltd. for one year with a certain amount of cost. Once the contract signed up, General Automation Ltd. will take all technical support responsibilities of the client. Our highly trained & dedicated Engineers and Technicians regular visit client site whenever needed.

On call support depends on the availability of Engineers and Technicians. But anyone can get this support from us. The cost varies upon area and location of the client.

For outer district clients, when Engineers and Technicians cannot go physically, the online service is provided to clients.
